Intuition is sensing/knowing beyond time, space, reason, the use of prior knowledge or the five senses. It is an awareness of your inner guidance system, a knowing of what is right for you.
We are born deeply connected to our intuition and life. When we are young we have an intimate relationship with our imagination and the endless possibilities surrounding us, and engage fully with openness, curiosity and joy. As we grow older, however, we slowly lose this connection. We begin to place faith in the rational reasoning of those around us and in the burgeoning influence of our logical mind, instead of the inner voice which knows who we are and what we really want.

Remembering to Play Series of PlayShops
Remembering to Play Events is excited to announce its Remembering to Play series of fun and interactive public playshops. It is offered as a four-part series to support comphrensive, ongoing learning. The length of the series is customized for each group with each level being at least one day.

Remembering to Play is about remembering the wisdom, joy and freedom of being a child. It is about creating and experiencing life from a state of wonder and openness, where life is a mysterious gift, full of magic and unlimited possibilities. By remembering to play, we reclaim our power to create with the natural currents of life, connected to our spirit, and fully expressing our gifts, passions and authentic Self.
Learning takes place though personal exploration, music, creative movement, storytelling, art, open discussions and written material. Participants walk away with a deepened sense of Self and direction, practical life skills, and handouts to support the application of their learning.
The fundamental purpose of the series is to:
- Remember the wisdom, creativity, freedom and joy of being a child
- Learn communication and awareness skills that are practical and that inspire collaborative relationships, health, happiness and success
- Reclaim our power to create with the natural currents of life, connected to our spirit, and fully expressing our gifts, passions and authentic Self
LEVEL 1: AWAKEN YOUR PLAYFUL SELF
Connect to your inner child and allow it to explore through
creative engagement, curiosity, imagination and the Spirit of Yes And.
LEVEL 2: EXPAND YOUR PLAYGROUND
Increase your emotional range of expression and creativity through the exploration of roles and archetypes, beliefs and judgments, and learn to see possibilities everywhere.
LEVEL 3: INTUITION, CONNECTION & SPACE
Dive into the emptiness of space and discover the creative potential of our intuition, our connection with others and the unknown.
LEVEL 4: INTEGRATION: PLAYING WITH EVERYTHING
Integrate and expand upon your learning from levels 1-3 using activities that promote diverse levels of communication and awareness skills. Sharpen your playful senses and find imaginative ways to apply your wisdom.
